I am a telecommunications attorney with over 30 years' experience representing utilities and other companies with interests in wireless devices and systems, broadband deployment, and right-of-way access. I assist with FCC licensing, spectrum acquisition, regulatory compliance, advocacy, and transactions for telecom or IT services and facilities. Prior to going back into the private practice of telecom law I served for 12 years as VP/General Counsel of UTC.
